A Message From Don Clayton

A little over 38 years ago, I realized that if I offered quality workmanship at reasonable prices, I could satisfy customers and build a business doing the work I love most. That philosophy has proven to be successful, and has allowed me to work with many wonderful customers during the past several years.

In 1990, when I moved to Delaware to be closer to my family, my business philosophy resonated with the customers I had the pleasure of meeting. I soon learned that by offering quality solutions that met the specific needs of my customers, I would have no trouble finding enough work to keep my business healthy. An example is our Inline Seated Showers™, a solution I devised for a special customer that turned out to be so useful, everyone started asking for them. Listening to my customers has allowed me to better understand the aspects that help them most, and by listening, I have been rewarded with the privileged ability to continue delivering satistfaction and quality remodeling solutions.

Regarding the quality of the materials we use, I'm happy to say that Lowe's™ so impressed me when I first started using them over a decade ago that I still use them as my supplier of choice for remodeling materials. Lowe's™ excellent customer service and selection were so compelling that I subsequently changed the entire way that I started my remodeling jobs. Instead of requiring customers to choose materials out of catalogs, I now take them to local Lowe's™ stores to choose from the hundreds of items on display. Customers enjoy the hassle-free experience they receive at Lowe's™.
